LCIF MERCY Home, LUTH, Idi-Araba, Lagos.
International Association of Lions Club, Multiple District 404, Nigeria has handed over Lions Club International Foundations, LCIF, Mercy Home over to the management of Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, Idi-Araba,Lagos.

Host of the project, Stella Agbogun, Past District Governor, District 404B, stated that the LCIF Mercy Home is a fulfillment of a dream.

Sharing her personal encounter as  an official of the radiotherapy, at the hospital, Agbogun recalled that a professor had requested her to get The Lions to build Home, like the UCH, Ibadan 'ALANU House', for patients of Cancer and their relatives.

The Home is a temporary Accomodation for patients who are onradiotherapy anh have no where to stay inLagos and cannot afford Hotel bills.

She noted that the home is to put smile on the faces of Cancer patients especially those living outside Lagos.

She noted that it a way of paying back to the Lions Club.

Accepting the home with joy, the Chief Medical Officer, Processor Akin Oshibogun ensure the organizations that the Home will be use for its purpose.
