According to the State Governor,  Babatunde Fashola all the Publicity Secretaries of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in all the 36 states and the FCT, Abuja should promote developmental strides recorded in states controlled by the party.
 

Fashola made the call when the the Party image makers paid him a courtesy visit at Lagos house ikeja. 

He noted that it was their duty to  articulate more clearly issues in states, where APC government  without debate has developmental projects on going . Highlighting how government has stood up for the people across the board in spite the daily human challenge.

The Governor charged the image makers to learn how to tie national issues with national slip ups noting that people cannot connect poverty with electricity. He said both of them fit like a glove.

Fashola explained that if there is no power, factory won’t run and if factory don’t work there will be no job and the people will be poor. He said without electricity locally produced, goods will be more expensive than imported ones.

The governor who commended the image makers for coming together to work for the progress of the party said people can now see that the party has changed the game and carved a niche for itself.

Earlier in his remarks, the Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Lagos  Joe Igbokwe who led the group said the image makers gathered in Lagos to synergized ahead of the 2015 general elections.

The Lagos State Government has alerted members of the public to the activities of some unscrupulous people who are purportedly marketing “Ebola Cassette Test Kit”.

In a statement signed by the Special Adviser on Media to the Governor, Hakeem Bello, the fake items which are branded as “Rapid Response Canada with test results purportedly available in 10 minutes” is a hoax.

It noted that there are no Ebola test kits manufactured anywhere in the world and that the technique for its manufacture does not exist yet, adding that members of the public should not to patronize the dubious marketers of the product.
